Graduated in Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (UniFMU) in 2006, post-graduated in Contract Law from CEU-IICS in 2008 and specialized in Corporate Real Estate Law from Universidade Secovi-SP in 2009. Associated with the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law (IBRADIM) ).
Her professional career began in important boutique offices in São Paulo and years later she started working in the legal departments of renowned companies in the real estate market (developers / construction companies and real estate investment / asset managers).
His experience covers civil legal advice in general, especially in real estate business (structuring of residential, hotel, commercial, mixed and industrial projects, development of subdivisions, real estate and environmental audits, land regularizations, purchase and sale of real estate, leasing, built operations to suit, preparation of legal opinions, various contracts and corporate instruments). She has also worked in the Compliance area, having implemented “Compliance” Programs in companies.
With the background of a multidisciplinary legal manager, she recently underwent a career transition and started her personal project, becoming an independent legal consultant.
